Summary of the online research process:
  • Questionnaire developed around the agreed
    research objectives
  • Questionnaire programmed and hosted online
    (the questionnaire can include any form of
    stimulus material, for example: key messages,
    ad concepts, digital media, video etc)
  • Questionnaire tested online until approved by
    client
  • Sample recruited and invited by email to take
    part in the survey
  • Survey remains live until the required number
    of respondents achieved
  • Data processed and analysed
  • Report and presentation produced for debrief
